Abstract:

The project is exploring the new world of test optional for colleges and universities. Due to Covid, most colleges chose to go test optional for SAT scores, GRE scores, etc. I want to use my own experience from this test optional change and develop more research on the topic. The purpose of this is to further this research on the topic and decide if this change was a good choice or a mistake. I want to look at it from a student’s point of view. But also if it was beneficial for universities and colleges to make this choice.
